WHERE CAN YOU DELIVER?
Delivery is free within a 20 mile radius of Ammanford, Carmarthenshire. If you are outside this area then please get in touch to see if we can help.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SET UP?
We allow a minimum of 2 hours for setup.
HOW LONG DO WE HAVE THE DOME FOR?
We can rent our domes out for one night or multiple nights. Please see our price list for more details. We will arrive to set up the dome at approximately 12pm on the day of your booking, and arrive to dismantle the dome at approximately 10am the day of collection. These times may vary.
DO YOU REQUIRE A POWER SOURCE?
Yes, we will need a power supply within 20m of where the dome will be set up.
WHAT ARE THE SIZES OF YOUR DOMES?
Our domes are 3.6m in diameter with a height of 2.2m. Please ensure before booking that there is enough space for our dome in your garden.
WHEN IS PAYMENT REQUIRED?
To secure a date, we will require a 50% non-refundable deposit on booking. The remainder of the payment will be required on the day of your booking. A £100 damage deposit is also required on the day of your booking which will be fully refunded so long as nothing is damaged on collection.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
If you need to cancel your booking, we require a minimum of 7 days notice prior to delivery. All booking deposits are non-refundable.
