Cancellation Policy

If we are unable to provide your delivery due to adverse weather, vehicle failure, illness or any other unfortunate situation, then we will inform you of this at the earliest possible opportunity. Should this occur, you will be entitled to either a full refund or booking for an alternative date. If you need to cancel your booking, we require a minimum of 7 days notice prior to delivery.
